Our Service

Phase 1: Technical Evaluation and Pre-Treatment

Initial Product Verification The first step of our process involves a rigorous quality check of every item. Since we only work with brand-new flush plates, we perform a detailed inspection to ensure the component is in perfect condition before any work begins. This assessment is standard for all materials we process, including ABS plastic, polished stainless steel, aluminium, and chrome-plated metals.

Adhesion and De-ionizing Protocol Once the new product is verified, it moves into an intensive purification and de-greasing stage. This is a vital preparatory step to ensure the surface is ready for maximum finish adhesion. To complete the phase, we apply a specialist de-ionizing treatment to neutralise surface static and clear away any microscopic particles, ensuring a flawless foundation for the finish.

Phase 2: Coating Integrity and Tone Integration

Chemical Bonding Layer Following the preparation, we apply a specialist transparent etch primer to the surface. This creates a high-strength chemical anchor on the plate, ensuring the base material is fully receptive to the finishing process and providing a durable foundation for the final look.

Pigment Saturation Technique We then use an advanced infusion method to deliver specific dyes into the primer. Rather than sitting on top, the pigments are absorbed directly into the bonding layer, permanently transforming the item to your chosen colour with deep, lasting tonal penetration.

Phase 3: Finishing Cycles and Delivery

Precision Curing Protocol Once the pigment is set, the product undergoes a managed drying and curing stage. By using a specific balance of infrared light and regulated low-level heat, we ensure the finish reaches its maximum durability. This monitored cycle is essential for creating a resilient, long-lasting surface that remains flawless over time.

Quality Audit and Secure Dispatch Before leaving us, every plate is held for a 72–96 hour curing window followed by a strict final inspection. Once the finish is verified against our quality standards, the custom item is securely packed to protect the surface and dispatched for delivery, ready for installation with its new professional finish.
